I'm trying to get in to philosophy, I haven't read much in the way of books for a good amount of years and I'm really not academically inclined so this kind of thing is very new to me so I started reading philosophy 101 by paul kleinman which was fun to read, then I started looking for a book about how to analyse philosophical arguments.
I found 'An Introduction to Philosophical Analysis' by John Hospers but the exercises at the end of the chapters kind of stumped me, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to judge my own answers to the exercises given. So I'm looking for alternative books about how to form and analyse philosophical arguments for beginners that will help me understand how to approach the John Hospers book.
