Good Omens. I read it when I was taking public transit every day and I got some funny looks for laughing while reading on the bus.

Dostoevsky is hilarious depending on your sense of humor. But since you like Vonnegut I think there is a good chance you might like Dostoevsky too. To me Dostoevsky is the funniest author with Vonnegut a close second. Notes from the underground is the funniest thing I have ever read.
A short stay in hell by Stephen l peck is pretty hilarious, the scholar of Moab by the same author is also funny.
Piranesi by Susana Clarke is quite funny.
The books of babel by Josiah Bancroft are also quite funny

I read *My Booky Wook* by Russell Brand and laughed so hard I was almost on the floor. Also *Dave Barry’s Greatest Hits* is hilarious. And definitely check out Douglas Adams. David Sedaris is best when you hear his voice, I suggest the audio books. Kate Beaton’s books *Hark! a Vagrant* and *Step Aside, Pops*, are great, too.
