Easy to read fantasy

Im looking for some easy to read/easy to digest fantasy for my downtime. Where i dont have ti focus too hard on remembering like confusing names or complicated plots.

Note: i dont like urban fantasy. Im also not a fan of Terry Pratchett. I'd also prefer it if it was ya or older, and not middle grade (I've never been able to get into middle grade books)
