I'm a mother to a 2yo boy and I love him to the moon and back. BUT I don't like being a mother to be honest, it is so much work and fear and anxiety and it doesn't left me much time or space for feelings like gratefulness and happiness and stuff.
I don't want any self help book or stuff like that – a few times I stumbled on a story about family, or feeling of belonging to someone, or even something sad that made me grateful for what I have and changed my view a little bit.
I don't know if I make any sense, but if you have any idea, it would be great to hear your tips.
