Looking for crossover book series spefically looking for those where the characters already has their own books which I can also read(for example Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson and Kane chronicles are book series but then they also have a crossover in Demigods and Magicans) and the crossover is a continuation of their stories

The Percy Jackson books crosses over to magnus chase books too. So if you didn’t read those those are a good option
There are some Jasper Fforde spinoffs to consider, as characters from The Well of Lost Plots translate over to the Nursery Crimes series. Jack Spratt and Mary Mary investigate Humpty Dumpty’s killing and the Three Bears mystery.
Warning: unless you are really, really happy with speculative fiction, the Thursday Next series will leave you completely baffled.
