I’m in my early 20s, in university, and honestly just… drifting. I’m not in crisis exactly, but everything feels flat, classes, goals, the future. I lost a parent not long ago, and since then I’ve been in this quiet fog where nothing feels meaningful or urgent anymore.
I don’t want motivational or self-improvement books. I’m not looking for something to hype me up or tell me to wake up at 5 a.m. and grind. I’m looking for books that break you a little and then show you something true. Books that make you feel less alone in the chaos ( fiction or non-fiction) the kind that rewire how you see life, loss, purpose, or yourself.
