Suggest me a book to read on a trip to the Oregon coast.
Im headed on a week long trip to the Oregon coast tomorrow, it’s going to be cool and rainy. Looking for a good cozy book, that will vibe with the setting. All suggestions welcome, but extra points for a mystery/thriller.
just found Westward with Giraffes, by Lynn Rutledge, def road trip worthy. or what about Boys in the Boat, the story of the Northwest rowing team in the 30s that went to compete in Munich Olympics?

When I was at the coast this summer I read Monsters and Mainframes, which is a comedic space mystery with monsters. If you’re looking for something a little more vibe-y and atmospheric Snow Falling On Cedars is a classic pick. I’m also currently reading Raven Black, and it’s set in the Shetland islands, so rugged, remote coastal mystery.
