I am a librarian and I manage a small staff. I’ve decided that for Christmas I want to get each of them a picture book that I think resonates with them.
One of them I’m struggling to find books that fit the brief. Mostly sweet, a little funny. Similar in vibe to Bear Snores On (Which she loves already, so I can’t buy it for her. It must be new to her.) Animals definitely ok. Less dinosaurs and things. People are good too. Friendship is always a good plot point.
