I just finished A room of one’s own by Virginia Woolf, looking for classic feminist essays
I recently read A room of one’s own, and I thought it was so well written and thought provoking, so I’m looking for a classic book that follows the themes of feminism and girlhood (something I rarely see classics do)
A Frozen Woman by Annie Ernaux. As with all her books, it is a memoir. It takes a close look at gender roles and how they played out in her marriage. And it’s really good.
