Mine was "Mon vrai nom est Elisabeth", a French autobiographical story by Adèle Yon, published not so long ago. (Mind you, I didn't realise it was autobiographical at first, and my emotions were already wild) I couldn't think about anything else while reading and then even days after. It made me ache physically, which was a first.
So what would a book that made you feel like this? Or that remained stuck in your head for a while after?
