Looking for a book that will change my life and the way I think mostly obsessively about bad things and constant worrying. I want to enjoy life like I used to (can’t remember when that was honestly)
I have been being treated for years for cptsd, depression and anxiety and I think my ocd and my anxiety has been taking me down a dark hole lately and I’m struggling.
I am also in therapy, but I have too much time to worry about everything and nothing at the same time if that makes sense.
I have some books in my library that could be helpful but I’d like to seek out more options.
I have trouble being consistent and that is also my downfall.
