Best modern gothic horror/fantasy novels in recent years.

I’m looking for a (great) book that brings the same kind of timeless, supernatural vibe as Dracula or Frankenstein. But more recent. The more recent the better. And I don’t mean the setting as more recent – just a gothic horror book published more recently. Please and thank you 🙏
