Regardless if you suffer from alcoholism or not, Alcoholics Anonymous, or what I believe AA members call “The Big Book”, was hands down the most practical application of essentially everything one needs to do to fix virtually anything going wrong in one’s life. It was profound, and I am not an alcoholic.
