I recently found the gossip girl books, and I was transported back to a time when I was a teenager, reading about all the things kids should not do. Shows like Skins were my favourite as well.
Obviously I have aged out of the YA media and now crave something similar except older. Im looking for recommendations that aren't romance/smut focused (they can have it but the story should be drama).
Please let me know what you recommend to recapture this feeling!

I recently read The End of Everything by Megan Abbott, and it was full of kids/teens doing things they shouldn’t be doing. It is not for kids/YA. It was actually incredibly gross, yet very compelling. I’d recommend it.
