Looking for non-fiction about modern cults and conspiracy theories
Hello, I'm looking for a non-fiction book about modern cults, high control groups and conspiracy theorists (such as Qanon, those shifting communities online, flatearthers, UFO religions ecc…).
Don’t Call It A Cult by Sarah Berman (about the NXIVM cult)
Conspirituality by by Derek Beres (about conspiracy theories in new age alt-health movements)

*QAnon and On: A Short and Shocking History of Internet Conspiracy Cults* by Van Badham

Them: Adventures with Extremists by Jon Ronson looks at some cults, but I do think it might be a little outdated at this point.
But I just saw a recommendation today for a book called Cultish: The Language of Fanaticism that piqued my interest, so I thought I’d pass that along too.

I read one by the members of a Cult called “The Process Church of the Final Judgment” that was unfortunately very white washy. But the author was a former(?) member
