Hello, I am curious if anyone has any suggestion, for food knowledge, food science, or maybe food history books, id even love to read stuff in tabbaco and alcohol. Pappyland was one of my favorite books and I have an obsession with the physics and chemistry with everything a person consumes poison or not.
