Alternative to goodreads?

Goodreads servers being down at the moment reminded me that I wanted to switch to something else anyway, so I'd like to ask for recommendations.

What I need is an app where I can track books I've read and my to-read list as well. It also has to have the basic information about books (what the book is about) and user reviews (this is to help me decide if it's something I'd like to read).

Is there something similar?
