about a girl in her 20s living alone, wholesome mundane days, slice of life, cozy

i just need a book similar to the atmosphere of cozy japanese films but with
– a female MC wholeheartedly living in peace and independence
– it should be wholesome
– i welcome some angst but it shouldnt be the defining element of the book
– i dont want magical realism or fantasy or cats (which is so common in japanese cozy books).
