I have opinions, habits,hobbies, lifestyle and goals that differs a lot from other people's ones. I've also had a very traumatic life, so when it comes to talk with others about love, pain and money it's like talking a different language. This feeling has grown along the last years and now it's hard for me to handle.
Do you know any psychology/neuroscience book that teach you how to manage this emotion? It's important to me that it's based on science.
