I tend to eat a large unhealthy meal right before bed, admittedly to get to sleep at times.
I also tend to visit fast food drive thru even when not necessarily hungry.
I also tend to snack a lot on processed foods, primarily potato chips and just junk food.
Am wanting to overcome this problem, despite living in an environment with gluttons.
I've fasted before and felt great, but the environment im in is conducive of unhealthy eating; don't wanna blame others, only myself, but am wanting to be able to lookout junk food, even within my own home and be able to say, "No."

Not specific to binge eating, but Atomic Habits or the Power of Habits might help you build some new associations with bedtime.
A registered dietician named Abbey Sharp helped me stop binging with her videos and podcast. She just came out with a book called The Hunger Crushing Combo Method. She teaches that binging comes from restricting and teaches ways around it. Very grounded in science and research.
