A “tough” man yearning for “the one who got away”
She had already gotten a boyfriend since their breakup, she’s cold to her ex but through forced proximity due to being snowed in she falls for him as if they had met for the first time. From there to “stay warm” it leads into a hookup that neither could forget, and the guilt ate her alive since she was still with her boyfriend. And the boyfriend ends up noticing something is up with her, she brushes it off as she grows cold to her boyfriend. The yearning man still can’t get her out of his mind and is thinking of every detail of her, refusing to forget her perfume, her voice, her laughter, how she moved so freely— elegantly and still seemed like had not a care in the world. He didn’t want anyone but her. Meanwhile she was starting to think that she might care about her ex, but brushes it off, or tries to. She still remembered how tender his skin was, even when she was with her boyfriend she imagined her boyfriend was her ex.
Ideally with the love interest being a bit of a party girl.
