I am an autistic and adhd women in her 20’s. Right now I’m trying to heal and improve my life, but there are a few areas I keep running into and I’d love to learn more about them so I can actually work on healing.
I’m looking for book recommendations on these topics:
    • Friendships: As someone with AuDHD, I’ve always struggled with making and keeping friends. I feel like I’ve gotten a lot better at maintaining friendships over the years, but lately it feels kind of one-sided. It’s been making me feel lonely, and I miss how independent I used to be. I want to build a healthier relationship with friendships and what I expect from them.
    • Routine and discipline: Ever since Covid my routine completely fell apart and I’ve never been able to rebuild it. My days just feel all over the place.
    • Organization: I’m terrible at maintaining any sort of system that actually works for me, and I’d love to finally get better at it.
These are just a few areas I really want to work on, but I’m sure there’s more I haven’t even thought of yet. So any self-help or personal development book recommendations would be super appreciated 🙂
