I have been getting really into hockey lately and really loved Beartown by Frederik Backman. Would love to read more hockey-related content!
I am down for any genre EXCEPT ROMANCE. I know there are a number of romance books centered on hockey, like Icebreaker, but I am not interested in those. More interested in contemporary fiction or nonfiction.

Small Ceremonies by Kyle Edwards! It isn’t just about hockey, but the plot centers primarily around different members of an indigenous hockey team in Canada (and the members of their immediate families). It’s more character-driven than plot-driven, but I thought the writing was really good and enjoyed it a lot.
