Hello! I am looking for books that feel like a US soap opera/c-drama/etc. As in over the top and ridiculous and fun. White lotus main character/duke of the north ML/amnesia/kidnapping/evil MIL whatever goes. Would especially love if it involved some revenge/scheming/maneuvering done by the main character. Thank you!

A Most Agreeable Murder by Julia Seales is a parody of Pride and Prejudice. The characters are ridiculous. Whenever the MC suggests any poor gentleman get a job, the response is invariably, “how DARE you!”
Another paraphrased example of the absurd situations —
The mother (describing a potential husband’s background): his whole family died and left him extremely rich!
Beautiful daughter: Oh dear, he must be so sad.
The mother: No, I don’t think so. It was a while ago. And money heals all wounds.
Practical daughter: Isn’t the saying “time heals all wounds”?
The mother: No, that doesn’t sound right at all.
