Fantasy Stand Alone Books for Reading Slump

It’s as the title goes, I am in an intense reading slump and just can’t seem to pick up a book right now. I used to read tons of long series and still want to but feel it would be better to just start again with a standalone book to get me back into it. If you have a series you think is top notch then comment it as well! Anything I’d appreciated!
