I'm very in tuned to my emotions and they somewhat control my life. I recently learned I have adhd, and I'm trying to learn dicipline and improve. I resent that I'm often controlled by whatever happens externally and I'm mostly recovered from a codependent mindset thanks to therapy and self work. Please recommend a self help/philosophy related book. I'm not opposed to stoicism, but I don't know all that much about it. Thank you.
