Lately I've been really panicky and scared about my parents especially after a health scare, if anyone could recommend something to help (even if it's just for anxiety), it would be great. Thanks
Can’t Wait to Get to Heaven by Fannie Flagg. The book does center around the death of a beloved quirky elderly woman, but the main theme is around managing anxiety around death/aging and how to cherish people while you’ve got them instead of mourning them before they go. Also, it’s sweet and hilarious and I love it despite being a heathen

You might like “ brilliant life of Eudora Honeysett” hi Annie Lyons or you might also enjoy “Eleanor Olifant is completely fine” by Gail Honeyman – both are about women grappling with aging and grief in different ways. I’m also worried for my parents and found a lot of hope in these novels.
