Suggest some books that capture life as a journey …. the experiences we come across ,the people we meet and the changes we go through be it good or bad rather than just a race toward one goal . Please suggest me something that radiates this message that life is all about experiencing things .

A Visit From the Goon Squad by Jennifer Egan. It’s a novel told through interconnected stories. Each character gets a single chapter from their perspective, and then you meet them again through someone else’s point of view. You get glimpses and fragments of their lives during different moments in time and see how they’ve changed, how they haven’t. How their experiences, the good and the bad, have affected them and shaped who they are, how they’ve influenced each other etc. Some characters have more presence during the book than others but they’re all important. The sequel The Candy House is also excellent
