I gave The Giving Tree to my older son for Christmas one year and my younger son now really likes it. I want to give my younger son as meaningful a book, suitable for a 4 yo. I’ve searched this group but didn’t see anything. Would appreciate your suggestions!

Caveat, I hate the Giving Tree. But the Rainbow Fish has the same vibes. I sort of hate that one too.
