I have recently become more and more self-aware of the fact that I am incredibly average when it comes to social connectedness, whereas I might have previously thought I was “above” this worrying societal trend.
Upon further reflection and going through a stressful period in my life, it is incredibly apparent that I am vulnerable to the same apathy, timidity, content-addiction, and path of least resistance thinking as everyone else.
Do you guys have any good books you recommend that both lays out the theory of how this has all happened and how to change it, as well as a practical guide to action for how to connect more in your own life and help others do the same?
Thanks!
