So me and my girlfriend broke up yesterday, we hadn’t been together very long, but it was still painful for me. The reason was she didn’t know if she was ready for something serious right now, and she felt that she wanted to find herself which I was completely understanding of, and something I feel I need to do too. Another thing is that I want to work on myself since I have some pretty bad trust issues. So if there are any self help books anyone would recommend I’d appreciate it. (This is the first time I’ve made a post on Reddit so I’m not sure if I’m doing this right)
