I've just finished Psalm for the Wild Built, which is my first ever introduction to the solarpunk genre.
The book was nice and cosy, but not as challanging as I'd like it to be. I like the meditative part of it, but the entire lack of conflict make for too casual a read for my personal preference. (side note: I feel like I would have loved this story through a video game medium. But for a book it's just a bit too soft).
I wonder if there's other books in this genre I could try out? Preferably, just as meditative, not as conflict-averse but not a standard edgy grimy human-bad apocalypse either (or is that an oxymoron?).
