All sci-fi books I find these days are either set in space or 6000 years in the future! Do you have any recommendations for books with a current day setting but with smaller sci-fi elements? Think something like black mirror!

I recently read Anomalin and it had the perfect sci-fi twist that was both incredibly interesting yet grounded. I’m hungry for more!

Our wives under the sea is listed as sci-fi for some reason

The one and The passengers by John Marrs (probably his other books too, but I’ve not gotten to them yet)
