Just finished Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, and honestly, it feels like someone took a dystopia, sprinkled it with sci-fi vibes, and then asked, “How do we make this way too relatable for future nerds on the internet?”

If you’ve ever wondered what society would look like if people were basically NPCs running on good vibes, consumerism, and questionable life choices – this book is your jam. It’s like Huxley installed a “permanent stability patch” on humanity that nobody beta-tested properly. The world-building is wild, the pacing is smooth, and the whole time you’ll be thinking, “Wow… this hits harder than my caffeine addiction.”

I read it right after 1984, which was a wild combo. If 1984 is about being crushed by Big Brother’s boot, Brave New World is like being smothered with a soft, fluffy blanket you didn’t ask for. Orwell warns you about fear and surveillance; Huxley warns you about pleasure and distraction. Together they basically say, “Pick your dystopia, champ.”

Highly recommend if you like dystopias, philosophy, sci-fi, or enjoy yelling “WHAT THE HELL IS THAT” at random pages while quietly reconsidering society… and probably your browser history.
