Recommend nonfiction books that talk about those smaller loses in life that may not be as severe as death or extreme physical disability but they still affect you inside to some extent. And life is rife with these loses.
Like loosing a lot of your hair, developing an allergy to a food you loved, losing your car, loosing a physical trait of yours that you used to really like, having to get a dental implant, not being able to do something like you used to anymore etc etc I think you get the gist of it.
Will be looking forward to your responses.

What does it feel like by Sophie kinsella
Ms Ice Sandwich by MIeko Kawakami is about a young boy who has a crush and it definitely has themes of loss big and small
*The Place You Loved is Gone* by Melissa Holbrook Pierson — About the changing of the places we grew up, that we knew every detail of, our “microspheres”. Not a small loss, but maybe smaller than the death of a loved one.
