Books like The Idiot by Elif Batuman and Greta & Valdin

I read "Greta and Valdin" by Rebecca K Reilly a couple months ago and just finished "The Idiot" by Elif Batuman. I really like the deadpan humor, the odd observations, and the socially struggling protagonists.

I've already ordered "Either/Or", so I'm basically looking for other writers that write in a similar style. If you know of any—shoot! 🙂
