I'm a senior in college graduating this spring, and I am constantly spiraling in my thoughts of the unknown post grad. I have an idea of what I want to pursue, but not a completely concrete one, and that indecision is ungrounding. I am also horrible with big transitions in my life and was a mess when graduating high school. I know I am not the first girl to feel lost in her 20s, so I hope there are some books to help me sit with this feeling.

Does anyone have book recommendations that helped them during a time like this, or at least made them feel less alone? It would be much appreciated.

    1. I read this book when I graduated with no job lined up. It helped a little, or at least gave me some things to think about:
No fears, no excuses – what you need to do to have a great career by Larry Smith. Check out his Tedx talk on the same topic as well.
Good luck and know that you are definitely not alone in feeling this way!
