I usually love a good whodunnit, especially Agatha Christie. But recently I read 4:50 from Paddington by her and found it a bit of a let down! Any murder mystery books that could help rekindle my love of the genre are appreciated!

I also read and enjoyed Alex Pavesi's books Ink Ribbon Red and Eight Detectives since they have a strong focus on puzzles? So anything really playing into the puzzle box vibe is sure to be a winner.

I see here Agatha Christie but I don’t see Arthur Conan Doyle with Sherlock. You have already read that?
And while I was reading detectives, I memorised James Hadley Chase books.

Also, if you need some thriller in it: “The Murders in the Rue Morgue” by Edgar Allan Poe

    2. The tainted cup by robert jackson bennett. Its kinda like Sherlock and Watson in a fantasy world
