Hello again I'm hoping to find some holiday themed books with queer characters, focused around dealing with family around the holidays whether it be the good or the bad.
I'm open to any holiday! (please let me know which it is. 🙂 )
Any general or mood is fine but I'm looking more for family drama than romance.
Preferably not YA.
And lastly if it features a trans character that would be lovely.

You Better Not Cry by Augusten Burroughs.
Worth reading the entire book just for the chapter where he is left unattended as a child and builds an inedible gingerbread tenement, but the Jesus vs Santa and Dirty French Santa chapters are also gold.
