Book for a 60 yr old traditional Irish mother who doesn’t read much but has the capacity to.

So this is a real long shot. I want to get my mam a book for Christmas, something for her to read in her own time. She has read a bit in the past but not much and not often, I think most recently was an autobiography, but I think something simple and with an element of escapism would suite her best. She is basically a carer these days for my sick dad and her very elderly father and she comes from a religious and farming background and has only sons – if any of this helps. I want something that would encourage her to take some time for herself and read more.
