Just finished Tales from 1,001 nights, my previous books before that were The Count of Monte Cristo and Three Musketeers.
Context: I have Don Quixote and Dorian Grey on the shelf, hoping either for some more suggestions or affirmation on starting one of those

I liked Dorian Gray. If you’re looking to read something a little more modern my favourites are A Confederacy of Dunces, Flowers for Algernon and The Wasp Factory
Both are great books!!
Among other books, I am reading David Gemmel’s Troy trilogy. It’s a retelling of the illiad, on the second book it’s great. I have recommended it to several friends!
