Hi all! I want to get my fiancé (M,28) a book for Christmas but I haven’t had great luck with picking something he has totally loved the last few years. Primarily he loves fantasy. For reference he loves game of thrones and lord of the rings and switches between listening to those all year. He also really loves the Brandon Sanderson books but couldn’t get into Wind and Truth, so he’s been in a slump since then. A series would be preferred! 🙂

Red rising by Pierce brown!! Kinda like if Star Wars and GOT had a baby. A lot of politicking, high action, epic battles and life or death drama.
