hi all!!
i need a recommendation for a new romance novel, but i do NOT want anything of the same caliber of ali hazelwood, colleen hoover, abby jimenez, or emily henry. modern contemporary, hallmark romance is NOT my thing and i absolutely will judge a book by its cover! (i also don’t like fantasy books 🫠 i know im picky as hell, this is why i need help)
i prefer wlw romance, but the romance/relationship does not have to be the center of the plot! the last one i read was Women by Chloe Caldwell, and since then i’ve read it about 10 other times because there’s something that book does to me that i’ve never been able to find in other books. I also really enjoyed Big Swiss by Jen Beagin!
like i said, i know im picky but that’s why im here because im hoping yall can give me some books that fit what i actually want to read 💔
