Looking for something with a similar setting to Skyrim

I’ve never really read true fantasy, I mostly read science fiction. Wanting something with mountains, cold, multiple races living among each other, a good sense of exploration, and preferably dragons and a Norse setting would be a plus but not needed. I would like if it wasn’t over 400 pages, since the last few books I’ve read have been long and I’m in the mood for something a little shorter.

I’m considering shadow of the gods because it fits the Norse setting (tho that’s on the longer side) and Wizard of Earthsea but am open to other suggestions!
