I’ve read Blood Meridian, and thoroughly enjoyed, though at times slightly difficult to get through the syntax. I’m looking for a more first hand account, fictitious of an outlaw or maybe different members of gangs, with similar tones of showing the full brutality and unwavering danger of the old west. Any suggestions?
