Hey! I’m looking for some fantasy suggestions that aren’t straight romantasy! I’m down for a fantasy that has romance elements but I don’t really like anything too smutty or when romance is the central plot. I also want something relatively easy-ish, nothing in Brandon Sanderson/GoT territory because those are hard for me to keep up with. Some that I really enjoyed recently are Katabasis by RF Kuang, Ninth House (and also the six of crows series) by Leigh Bardugo, The Cruel Prince by Holly Black, and The Raven Boys series. Lmk!

If you want something very short, try the comic, fantasy play [The One True Goddess of Acropolis High](https://www.bigdogplays.com/playdisplay.asp?playid=707) which centers around the power plays of a group of Greek gods and goddesses.
Riyria Revelations by Michael J Sullivan
This is probably in a bit of a different direction from the books you mentioned (Leigh Bardugo, Holly Black), but I thought it was fun.
To me this is just your basic fantasy done well. Definitely on the shorter side, “theives” that can’t not help people along the way, great bromance between the characters. Each story is pretty self contained and not very complex, but there is a overarching storyline as well that’s a little more complex, but nothing like GOT. I’d recommend reading the second story if you the writing wasn’t up to par on the first one, he definitely gets better. Each story is probably 300-450ish pages.
There are like 6 stories combined in to 3 books, then a prequel series, Riyria Chronicles, and short stories. Sullivan has written other series in that world as well, like ancient history. He completes whole series before releasing a book to ensure there is continuity in all books and he won’t ever have an unfinished series.
