Single Volume Books

Hi, I'm looking for single volume book to buy. Recently I really liked the series powerless, Percy Jackson and For the wolf, but I kinda don't wanna start a new series right now. So I was wondering if there are any nice single volume fantasy/sci-fi books. Romance would be fine, but I don't like smut.
I'm happy for any recommendations, thanks in advance!
