Ive read and re-read KKC 3 times now and am in love with Rothfus's descriptive, and conversational style of writing. Any of yous have a fantasy (or at least non modern setting) series that could occupy me? Horror, comedy, romance, all of it is enjoyable to me. Im literally open to anything lol.

Check out Christopher Buehlman. The Black tongue thief. Similar 1st person story telling fantasy vibe to king killer. You could also check out game of thrones if you’re looking for another half finished fantasy series
You might enjoy the Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins. Technically it’s in a modern setting, ish, but it’s a crazy book and I don’t think you’ll mind that aspect. Twisty and mysterious, violent and weird, urban-fantasy/horror.
You might also enjoy Piranesi by Susanna Clarke, a strange, mysterious, little fantasy/magical realism novel. Interesting characters, unique world building, and a compelling overall story.
Or check out Assassin’s Apprentice by Robin Hobb, the first in her epic fantasy series The Realm of the Elderlings. Beautifully-written, melancholy, epic fantasy. It follows Fitz, the bastard son of a dead prince, who is raised by others in the royal court to become the King’s assassin. Rich world building, complex characters, weird and interesting magics, and an epic story that spans multiple GOAT trilogies.
None of these is really all *that* much like Kingkiller, it’s hard to scratch that itch, but I love both so figure you might too.
You might actually enjoy Joe Abercrombie as well. For a taste of his style in a fairly funny, standalone, style, check out The Devils, his most recent novel. Great characters, fun dialogue/banter, intense action, and unique world building. In an alternate world fantasy Europe, the child pope assembles a team of supernatural villains for a top secret mission to the legendary city of Troy. If you enjoy it, definitely check out Abercrombie’s other, main series, The First Law, starting with The Blade Itself. 10 books, all excellent, and the audiobooks are really great too, narrated by Steven Pacey.
Abandon your wait.
Joe Abercrombie, First Law stuff. 2 trilogies3, stand alones and one collection of novellas
