Books to learn how everything works.

Literally, i have a bunch of free time everyday and want to understand almost everything about the world (whatever's learnable without advanced Math). Following are the categories to make this easier :

1. Space, Physics
2. Earth, Geology, Climate, Natural world
3. Biology, Evolution, Life
4. Human body and Mind
5. History, all the way from the beginning
6. Philosophy, Logic, Thinking
7. Society, Politics, Economics (simple theory)
8. Tech, Engineering, future ideas
9. Anthropology, Cultures, Religion

I know this is a huge ask but whatever helps, i'll take it.
