i used to read a lot of YA books in middle school and thats when i read the most, hunger games, divergent, the red queen, etc but my favorite ya fantasy novel is the graceling realm series. i like fast paced novels and i dont like overly sexual books. to me gone girl/sharp objects were more sexual than i would have liked but i loved the thriller/mystery aspects.
i love dystopian concepts – like the unwind series. something with just a super interesting what the heck premise.
i get lost in overly technical action scenes or anything too jargony (artemis fowl) but i loved reading ray bradbury short stories in highschool and i love kurt vonneguts short story epicac and i loved the pacing as well.
i had to listen to the pride and prejudice audiobook because i was having a hard time reading it but i am open to the classics as well!
